Pros:
- Unit’s location on property (ocean view from porch; near beach & grill)
- Spacious unit & large screened in porch
- Well-stocked kitchen
- Unit was clean
- Unit provided pool floats, games, DVD movies, books
- Ceiling fans in most rooms; small washer/dryer provided
- Free use of kayaks, paddle boards, bikes; beach towels provided
- Nice pool areas with plenty of lounge chairs
- Lot of restaurants/shops in walking distance
- Snorkeling off property’s beach (reef at Marriott & shipwreck 5-6 properties to south)
- Easy check-in/check-out


Cons:
- Communication re: rental prior to trip was frustrating. It sometimes took multiple emails and weeks at a time to get responses to questions. We had no idea what the unit provided, if we had a washer/dryer, when our balance was due, etc.
- Fire alarms for bldg./complex went off twice (one for a very extended time early in morning)
- Beach is very small and not always usable; so we walked to Sunset Cove or drove to Governor’s Beach most days
- Unit has musty odor; beds/bedding subpar; dated decor
- No ice maker (4 trays provided)

We loved the location, great guest service. Small beach but absulutrely not crowded

We are a four generation family that have been coming to the islands since the 80's We've been renting this ground floor condo for several years. The convenience of stepping out the door and walking very few steps to the beach, the comfortable layout, fully equipped kitchen, and the fact there are several restaurants within walking distance makes us keep coming back. Owners are very responsive, property is well maintained.... We love this place!

We visited at the end of June 2023. The condo was in great condition and perfectly located. That was the vacation I needed. We could grab our snorkel gear and walk right out onto the beach to snorkel. There is a nice reef right there. Also, for food options, there are tons of good options on the main road in walking distance. Also, it's a short drive to the grocery store, which is nice because eating a few meals at the condo is convenient such as breakfast. The condo has everything you need to cook with a full kitchen. We're looking forward to staying there again, what a beautiful place! Sublime!

This is a great ground floor with beach access condo. Gas grill is right outside. Very nicely decorated with an open concept. I stay here every year for the past several years. Owners are very easy to communicate with and love to get the feedback so they can continue improvements.

This was our fifth time staying at Plantation Village #9 condo. We love the place! The king bed in primary bedroom is so comfortable. Second bedroom has two twins with great mattresses. Third bedroom has a fold out sofa bed. Cute decor, well stocked kitchen, and you can walk out to the ocean from the patio. A huge plus is the washer/dryer. This is one of our favorite vacation condos and we will return.

This is a great ground floor unit that is well maintained and welcoming. Easy beach and parking lot access.
